The Recivr dashboard at dashboard.recivr.com provides a complete view of your transaction fees across all entities and merchants.

Transaction Analytics

Every transaction processed through the API is tracked in your dashboard with full fee visibility:

• Per-transaction cost breakdown — scheme fees, interchange, and fixed fees for every transaction
• Total fees by currency — aggregated across all fee components
• Fee trends over time — daily, weekly, and monthly cost analysis
• Volume by entity — transaction counts and total payment volume per entity

IC++ Cost Overview

The dashboard provides a full IC++ (Interchange++, also known as IC++) breakdown:

Component	What it shows
Scheme fees	Per-transaction fees charged by Visa/Mastercard — percentage, flat, and tiered
Interchange	Fees paid to the card issuer, resolved by IRD code, card type, and region
Fixed fees	Recurring fees (monthly/annual) allocated per transaction
Total cost	Sum of all components, per transaction and aggregated

Transaction Data

Each transaction record includes:

• Transaction ID, amount, currency, and timestamp
• Scheme detection (Visa / Mastercard)
• Region classification (Domestic, Intra-EEA, Inter-Regional, etc.)
• Card details — BIN, issuer country, product category, card type
• Fee breakdown with per-component totals
• Status lifecycle — from authorization through settlement

Status Lifecycle

Transactions are tracked through their full lifecycle:

NEW → AUTHORIZED → CHARGED → SETTLED

Merchant & Entity Management

• Multi-entity support — manage multiple acquiring entities under a single organization
• Per-entity API tokens — each entity has its own tokens with independent revocation
• Merchant-level analytics — filter transactions by merchant ID and MCC

API Token Management

Generate, rotate, and revoke API tokens directly from the dashboard:

• View all active tokens with creation date and last used timestamp
• Generate sandbox and live tokens per entity
• Rotate tokens with a 24-hour grace period
• Instantly revoke compromised tokens
